Terminals A, B and C are parts of one connected passenger complex. Each has ticketing, a security checkpoint and baggage claim. Any gate can normally be reached from any security checkpoint, so a traveler is not trapped in the “wrong” checkpoint line after entering the Riley Terminal.

Baggage claim is on the Arrival (lower) Level. JWA calls baggage claim the best meeting point for passenger pickup because the arriving traveler can collect bags first, then send the driver the terminal and numbered roadway column.

Ticketless entry

On-airport rental cars
Counters are on the Arrival lower level between Terminals A and B, across from the John Wayne statue. Pickup/return is on Level 0 of A2 and B2, currently open 5:30 a.m.–11:30 p.m. Off-site companies collect reserved customers from the Ground Transportation Center.
Official taxi areas
Taxis use the Ground Transportation Center between A and B and Terminal C near Column 14 on the Arrival level. Use the designated queue instead of an unsolicited driver.
OCTA Route 76
Route 76 connects JWA and Huntington Beach. JWA currently lists service 6 a.m.–6 p.m., Monday–Friday, at Terminal A Pillar 2 on Arrivals. Verify the operating-day timetable with OCTA.
Amtrak and Metrolink
SNA has no train station in the terminal. Irvine, Santa Ana and Tustin stations are each roughly 10 miles away, so plan a separate taxi/rideshare connection.
Door-to-door and shared shuttles
Commercial shuttles use the Ground Transportation Center, and JWA says all listed shuttle services require at least 24-hour advance reservation.
